In My Language
Via BoingBoing, this is a fascinating short film by an autistic woman named A.M. Baggs. In the first part, she wanders the house interacting with the objects around her; in the second, she uses a natural language translator to discuss communication, language, consciousness, and what it means to be human. An eye-opener.
